What is on the truck
A mobile shop is only worth the visit if it can finish the job. This is what each one carries.
- Diagnostics
- Scan tools and the software for the makes Patriot services, so a fault is read and traced at the unit rather than guessed at from a description.
- Air and power tools
- Compressed air, torque tools and the equipment a brake or suspension job needs, carried rather than borrowed from the customer.
- Fluids and consumables
- Oils, coolants, filters and the consumables a PM burns through, so a scheduled service does not stall on a supply run.
- Common wear parts
- The failures that put Class 6–8 units down most often. Most jobs finish on the visit that started them because the part was already on the truck.
- Certified technicians
- The person who arrives is the person who diagnoses, decides and closes the job out. There is no second visit to explain the first one.
