What happens after you send it

We confirm the unit
Dispatch reads back the unit, the fault and the yard so the right technician is assigned and the right parts are loaded.

You get a window
A service window is agreed around how your yard runs, including overnight where that keeps the unit off the line for less time.
- 03
The shop arrives
A fully equipped mobile shop comes to the unit. Diagnosis happens before parts are ordered, and the work is quoted first.
- 04
Closed out and logged
The repair is finished on the visit wherever the parts allow, and anything deferred is logged and scheduled.
