Who we are

This website is operated by Patriot Fleet Services, 6 Mary E Clark Dr, Suite 11, Hampstead, NH 03841. We are responsible for the information collected through it.

What this site collects

Patriot Fleet Services runs a static marketing website. Most of it can be read without submitting anything. Information reaches us in three ways:

• Forms you fill in. The service request, general enquiry and careers forms collect the fields shown on them — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, the location of the work, and whatever you write in the message box.
• Standard server logs. Like any website, requests to this site are logged by the hosting platform, which records the request itself and the network information that comes with it.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they use. This is aggregated and does not identify you by name. See Cookies and analytics below.

Why we hold it

Information submitted through a form is used to answer you and to carry out the work you are asking for: scoping a job, scheduling a technician, quoting a programme, or considering an application. It is not used for anything else, and it is not sold.

We use it because you asked us to: a form submission is a request for a reply, a visit or a quote, and that is what the information is used for. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters, and we will not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

Who else sees it

Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site and the business — hosting, email and the systems used to manage service records — and with anyone we are legally required to share it with.

The providers currently involved are:

• Netlify, which hosts the site and keeps the server logs.
• Formspree, which receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Our email provider, where the forwarded submissions land.
• Google Analytics, for the aggregated usage figures described above.

Patriot Fleet Services is a Meridian Fleet Services company, and service records may be shared within that group for scheduling, billing and record-keeping.

How long we keep it

• General enquiries are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us.
• Service requests and service records are kept for the life of the customer relationship and for as long afterwards as tax, warranty and record-keeping obligations require.
• Job applications are kept for up to twelve months so we can consider you for later openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you are hired, they become part of your employment record.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser to tell repeat visits apart from new ones and to measure how pages are used. The figures we see are aggregated. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run retargeting.

You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google'sbrowser add-onto opt out of Google Analytics on every site. The site works the same either way.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.

To make a request, email us at the address below and tell us what you would like done. We will confirm who you are before acting on it, and we aim to respond within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
